Precisión Mecánica, S.A. de C.V., further refered as "SIGUI", will give the same guarantee as the one offered by the manufacturer on original parts.
SIGUI does not guarantee against breakage, and guarantees that the parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
SIGUI's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or changing the product only if the customer informs SIGUI in writing within 15 days after delivery. The defect part has to be sent to SIGUI for its inspection.
SIGUI is not responsible for any other consequence, direct or indirect damage or labour costs or any other kind of costs caused by the failure of any part or parts. The transportation costs are not included in the parts exchange.
Important notes
The parts are not new and are covered by a rebuild warranty by SIGUI.
The customer takes responsibility for the transportation risks.
